By accessing this website, requesting a consultation, or using a dashboard account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
KONIVO provides information about entering the Korean market, written consultation reports, and a dashboard for coordinating operations work such as Importer of Record / Seller of Record, certification filings, logistics, and channel onboarding. The scope, fees, and timeline of any paid work are set out in a separate written agreement or order.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. The service is intended for businesses, not consumers, and not for anyone under 14. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity; no attempts to access other users' data or our systems without authorisation; no scraping, overloading, or disrupting the service; and no uploading of malware or false information.
The website, its content, and our reports and templates are owned by Konivo Inc. or our licensors and are provided for your internal business use. You keep ownership of the information, brand assets, and materials you provide to us, and you grant us the licence needed to perform the services you request.
Reports and regulatory summaries are prepared in good faith from public sources and our experience and are for general information. They are not legal, tax, customs, or investment advice, and they are not a guarantee of any approval, timeline, or business result. Verify time-sensitive figures and confirm your situation with a qualified adviser before acting.
The service relies on third parties (for example hosting, analytics, payment, and government portals) and may link to external sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KONIVO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the location of Konivo Inc.'s principal office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
