The transfer process is written as a separate item in the operations outsourcing contract. It is not a verbal promise but a legally binding clause that protects your rights.
The full transfer is completed within 30 days of the written termination notice. If the deadline is exceeded, we notify you immediately and renegotiate the schedule.
After the transfer is complete, all of KONIVO's access rights—stores, ad accounts, API keys—are revoked immediately. Nothing is held back.

Handover Process
From written termination notice to the official end of the contract, we disclose the step-by-step, checklist-based procedure.
Once you send written notice of termination by email or the method stated in the contract, the 30-day transfer process starts immediately. The account status and balance at this point are fixed as the baseline.
Following the official procedures of each platform such as Coupang, Naver, and Kakao, store accounts, ad accounts, and pixels are transferred to your company or your designated operator. If any platform's processing time is delayed, we share it with you immediately.
All customer data, reviews, ad performance records, API integration information, and operations SOP documents are transferred to you. As soon as the transfer is complete, KONIVO's access is revoked.
Outstanding settlement amounts are paid and a document summarizing the operations record is handed over. Once all items on the transfer checklist are confirmed complete, the contract officially ends.
Contract Terms
The transfer guarantee is not a verbal promise. It is legally binding through the following clauses in the contract.
The contract states that the full transfer will be completed within 30 days of receiving written notice of termination. A penalty clause applies if the deadline is exceeded.
Store and ad accounts created during operations are registered only under your name or the name of your designated operator. There are no accounts held solely in KONIVO's name.
From contract termination until the transfer is complete, your data cannot be deleted, altered, or shared with third parties. Violations incur civil and criminal liability.
As the transfer process proceeds, outstanding settlement amounts are paid in full within 30 days. Settlement disputes do not delay the transfer.
As soon as the transfer checklist is complete, all of KONIVO's access rights are revoked, and a revocation confirmation certificate is issued to you.
Even after the contract ends, a perpetual confidentiality obligation applies to your business information, customer data, and strategy acquired during the operating period.
